This article focuses on analyzing the theoretical and practical basis in developing the Natural Science Pedagogy training program at Nghe An University in the context of implementing the 2018 General Education Program, the urgent requirements for integrated teacher training, meeting professional standards and human resource needs for general education. Based on the study of legal documents, educational innovation orientations and comparing the school’s training program with a number of training institutions nationwide, the article has pointed out the advantages of the training program framework, thereby affirming the role and responsibility of the school in providing a team of quality Natural Science teachers for the North Central region.
